Q I have paid my registration and meals. Will my receipt be posted to me?
A No, to keep the costs down (with savings being passed on to you) receipts are not being posted. Your receipt will be emailed to the email address you have supplied. You will also collect name badges, meal tickets, etc at Check-in on Saturday 28th March 2020.
Q I have ordered and paid for Regalia (e.g. caps, shirts, jackets, etc). Will this be posted to me?
A Again, to keep the costs down (with savings being passed on to you), the regalia is not being posted. You can collect your regalia at Check-in on Saturday 28th March 2020.
Q The SS&A Club is a Platinum sponsor of the AHMF 2020 National Motoring Festival. How does this benefit me?
A As well as contributing money and much more for the event, all entrants are offered Membership to The SS&A Club as part of their registration fee. Entrants can sign up on our registration form. Details will be sent to SS&A Club and they will have your membership card printed and ready to collect with your registration pack. This will give all participants who sign up access to member prices – i.e. $1 off all drinks and $2 off all meals.
Q ​​What is the SS&A Club?
A ​SS&A Albury is a premium entertainment venue in the heart of the Albury CBD. Experience the excellent hospitality and friendly customer service. The SS&A Club has 2 restaurants, a cafe, 4 bars. There is an outdoor courtyard and also plenty of parking. SS&A Albury is the place for Albury/Wodonga locals and visitors to eat, drink and play.

The SS&A Club is short for The Albury Sailors, Soldiers & Airmen's Club Limited.
Q Is there a charity benefiting from the AHMF 2020 National Motoring Festival?
A ​No. Australian Historic Motoring Federation Inc (AHMF) is a not-for-profit organisation. This event is planned and budgeted to make no profit. All funds will be spent on the event and for the benefit of the entrants.
Q Does Australian Historic Motoring Federation Inc (AHMF) support a charity?
A Yes. Australian Historic Motoring Federation Inc (AHMF) supports the Robert Shannon Foundation Trust. You will have an opportunity to support this Foundation throughout the event. The purpose of the Foundation is to encourage people under the age of 30 to become involved in the restoration and preservation of veteran, vintage, post-vintage, historic 50’s, historic 60’s, historic 70's and historic 80’s vehicles up to 30 years old. Q Is there a charge to display our vehicles at the Family Open Day?
A There is NO CHARGE for Entrants of the AHMF 2020 National Motoring Festival. This is included in your Registration. There is a $10 charge for vehicles not entered for the tour, wishing to attend the display only.
Q Is there a charge for the public to attend the Family Open Day?
A No. This is free of charge for the public. The vehicles and entertainment will be there for all to enjoy.
Q Can we bring Food and Drink to Gateway Lakes at Display Day?
A Yes, you are permitted to bring your own food on course however due to licensing regulations and sponsorship arrangements no alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought on site.
Q Can we bring picnic equipment?
A Yes, you are encouraged to bring your own tables, chairs and rugs. Your club may also wish to erect a marquee / shade structure. It is essential all shade structures are pegged down so as not to cause injury to the participants and public and not to damage motor vehicles.
